我院眼科2005～2006年临床用药情况研究摘要：目的分析我院眼科2005~2006年的用药状况、特点和趋势。方法统计我院连续两年眼科用药购药情况，对品种和金额进行归类和分析。结果两年来我院眼科临床局部用药品种和金额均占50％以上。按销售金额排序前5位的主要是抗排斥剂、抗菌剂、抗炎药、肾上腺皮质激素以及复合制剂。结论眼科医院以局部用药为主，品种和销售金额呈增长趋势。 关键词：眼科用药；销售金额；用药分析 中图分类号：R246.8+82文献标识码：A文章编号：1672-979X(2007)10-0036-04 Analysis on Clinical Medication at Department of Ophthalmology in Our Hospital from 2005 to 2006 DIAO Hong-xing 1，GUO Si-bin 2 (1.State Key Laboratory of Ophthalmology, Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou 510060, China；2.The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou 510060, China) Abstract：Objective To investigate the situation of ophthalmic medication and analyze its characteristic and trend at department of ophthalmology in our hospital from 2005 to 2006. Methods The purchase information of ophthalmic medication in our hospital was studied in the sequential two years. The variety of purchasing issues and price were classified and analyzed. Results In the two years, the variety and sum of ophthalmic clinical medication both accounted for 50%. According to sales amount, the first five topical ophthalmic medications were anti-rejection agents, antibacterial agents, anti-inflammatory drugs, adrenocortical hormones and their compounds. Conclusion The clinical medication in ophthalmic hospitals is mainly topical and the variety and sum tend to increase. Key words：ophthalmic medication; sales amount; medication analysis 眼科用药以外用和口服剂型居多。国内眼科药物市场总销量虽不大，但增长迅速，市场份额不断扩大，滴眼液和眼膏剂发展很迅速。我院是三级甲等眼科医院，平均每日门诊量约2 000人次。现对我院2005~2006年用药品种、销售金额进行统计分析，旨在探讨眼科临床用药特点和发展趋势。 1资料来源和方法 原始数据来源于我院药库管理系统，用目前国际通用的金额排序法，归类和统计销售金额排在前60名的药品品 种。 2结 果 2.1用药情况 2005，2006年眼科用药前60位的药品销售金额、构成比及品种数见表1。由表1可见，2005，2006两年眼科局部用药（滴眼液和眼膏）构成比分别为51.64％，55.80％，品种数分别为28，34个；口服用药的构成比分别为32.98％，28.05％，品种数分别为19，15个。 2.2眼部用药情况 2005，2006年眼部用药金额排名前10位的药品及其构成比见表2。由表2可见，眼局部用药销售金额大幅度增长，由2005年的712.59万元增至2006年的1 173.70万元，增长65.71％。 2.3口服给药情况 2005，2006年口服用药金额排名前10位的药品及其构成比见表3。由表
