臺灣鑛業，第 65 卷第 2 期，第 15-24頁，民國 102 年 6月 近 10年臺灣砂石產業歷經之挑戰與對策之探討 A Study of the Challenges and Strategy of Sand and Gravel Industry in Taiwan 施信宏 1 莊新福 2 Hsin-Hung Shih 1 , Shin-Fu Chuang 2 摘 要 砂石為營建工程不可或缺之基礎材料，砂石產業與民眾有著直接或間接的關聯，每人年 砂石平均使用量也代表著國家的開發程度。因此，本文透過說明探討砂石產業近 10 年來所 歷經的國內外政策、環境與市場的演變及衝擊等挑戰，讓各界瞭解其現況；為了在嚴酷的環 境中求生存，除了靠業界本身經營策略的調整外，亦需要政府相關部門的輔導及配合，故對 政府及業界提出建議，希望能有助於整體砂石產業之永續穩定經營。 關鍵詞：砂石產業、供需、對策。 Abstract Sand and gravel is an essential material for construction engineering. The sand and gravel industry is closely related to public. Meanwhile, the average amount of sand and gravel used for year per person is an indicator of the developing degree of the country. This purpose of this report is to describe the challenges, such as the operation strategies at home and abroad, the change and impacts of environment and market, for sand and gravel industry in the past decade. For improving the competitiveness of the sand and gravel industry greatly, it depends not only on the adjustments TAO of business strategies, but also on the assistances and cooperation from government departments. To the end, many suggestions were provided to related governmental agencies and industries.
