论文 论文题目 山西省开发区土地集约利用问题及对策 学 院 农学院 专 业 制药工程 年 级 08级 姓 名 肖城城 指导教师 王瑾 摘要 发展也从最初的粗放式发展模式向集约式发展模式转变。目前，国内各个开发 区的发展都极其重视土地利用的问题，以求达到开发区土地资源的最大化利用 和经济发展的统一。对开发区土地集约利用进行研究，有助于指导开发区进行 更加合理的规划，促进开发区的健康发展，对我国经济发展有重要的帮助。分析山西开发区土地集约利用的总体情况，根据定量化结果和实际情况，提出全省开发区科学合理利用土地的途径和措施。山西省开发区建设用地总体规模从趋势上成线性关系，建设用地虽处于节约集约利用状态，但整体上山西开发区土地节约集约利用水平不是很高，呈现持续提高态势。构建节地型模式，调整和优化产业结构、合理空间布局、盘活存量土地，促进土地集约利用与可持续发展。。土地利用结构Development zone land is intensive makes use of problem and countermeasure suggestionAbstract: Development zone has become a very important factor of driving economic development，and its development patter has changed from extensive mode to intensive mode．Currently，the issue of land intensive utilization is attached great attention by every domestic development zone，which is useful to achieve the unity of the maximum utilization of land resources and the economic development．The study on patterns of development zone Can guide a rational planning of promoting the development zone，boost its healthy development．It is very important to country’s economic．To explore the development of Shanxi both the conservation and protection of intensive land use ways and means.Study:literature,and comparativeanalysis of cause and effect of method.The results:the construction site in Shanxi Province from the trend on the overall size of a linear relationship,although the construction land in the intensive use of conservation status,but on the whole Shanxi intensive uofland conservation level is not high,showing continued to improve posture.Conclusion of the study:Construction of the model,adjust and optimize industrial structure,reasonable space layout,Panhuo land in stock,for intensive land use and sustainable development.
