笑气吸入镇静及无痛注射麻醉应用于口腔种植临床探究[摘要]目的:探讨笑气清醒镇静和无痛注射麻醉法下实施口腔种植手术的临床效果。方法:将需要种植修复的患者80例随机分为两组,第一组采用常规局麻,第二组采用笑气吸入下无痛注射麻醉。观察种植手术过程中患者血压,心率等临床指标的变化。结果:两组患者在整个过程中的血压及心率变化情况、术前术后的牙科焦虑评分变化、注射局麻时的VAS疼痛评分比较,差异均有显著性,两组均无严重并发症发生。结论:笑气吸入清醒镇静和无痛注射麻醉联合使用具有良好的抗焦虑、止痛和遗忘作用,安全性较大,能够有效降低的种植手术危险性,提高患者对种植修复的认可度。 [关键词]笑气;无痛麻醉;种植 [中图分类号]R783 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455(2010)07-1035-02 Clinical study of nitrous-oxide-inhaling conscious sedation plus local indolence anaesthesia in oral implant surgery LAN Hai-long1,ZHANG Jian2,YANG Zhuang-qun3,JIN Hua1 (1.Department of Stomatology Wujing Hospital of Guangdong Province,Guangzhou 510507,Guangdong,China;2.The Medical Team of Shanwei Detachment in Guangdong Province CAPF;3.Xi’an Jiaotong University Stomatology Hospital) Abstract:ObjectiveTo assess the clinical effect of nitrous oxide conscious sedation and local indolence anaesthesia in oral implant surgery.MethodsEighty patients who needed to have oral implant surgery were evenly divided into experimental group and control group in random, those in the control were given only local anaesthesia,while those in experimental,nitrous oxide for conscious sedation plus indolence local anaesthesia.The blood pressure,heart rate and other targets were monitored during the procedure. Results The differences were significant between the two groups in terms of BP,HR,as well as MDAS,VAS and amnestic scores during the whole procedures. No severe complications were noted.ConclusionNitrous-oxide-inhaling conscious sedation plus local indolence anaesthesia is of good effect on antianxiety,odynolysis and amnesia with relatively safe and low risk in patients undergoing oral imlant surgery, which could be accepted.
