黄柏及其炮制品对小鼠及大鼠胃肠功能影响摘 要：目的：研究黄柏及其不同炮制品对小鼠及大鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法：以黄柏及其不同炮制品的提取物灌胃，观察小鼠胃排空及小肠推进情况；观察不同药物对大鼠的胃液分泌情况的影响，用滴定法对大鼠的胃液的总酸度进行测定，用改良Mett氏法对大鼠的胃蛋白酶活性进行测定。结果：各给药组用药后小鼠胃排空能力下降；与生品组相比，其它各给药组的胃残留率皆有所下降，有显著性差异；但酒炙组和蜜炙组的胃肠推进率与空白组相比则没有显著性差异。与空白组比较，各给药组均能抑制大鼠胃液分泌，增加胃液的pH值，降低总酸度及总酸排出量，胃蛋白酶活性下降，差异显著；但酒炙组和蜜炙组对胃液量分泌的变化影响不显著。结论：在对动物胃肠运动和功能方面，黄柏及其不同炮制品并未明显的体现“酒炙治上，蜜炙治中，盐炙治下”的理论。 关键词：黄柏；胃肠功能；苦寒；胃蛋白酶 中图分类号：R285 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-7717(2008)03-0499-03 Effects on Mice and Rats’ Gastrointestinal Frnction of Phellodendron Amurense and Its Different Processed Products LIAN Lian，JIA Tian-zhu (Liaoning Universary of Tradition Chinese Medecine，Dalian 116600，Liaoning，China) Abstract：Objective：To study the Effects of mice and rats’ gastrointestinal frnction on Phellodendron amurense and its different processed products.Methods：Decoction of Phellodendron amurense and its different processed products were fed to mice and rats，to observe the gastric emptying and gastrointestinal movement of mice；To determined the gasteic juice’s acidity of rats by Titration，and the pepsin was measuerd by Mett’s method. Result：After feeding with these different decoction， the gastric emptying descend .Compared with Phellodendron amurense group，the the amount of remnant in the stomach of the mouse were all obviously decreased.But wine group and honey group had no obviously difference. Compared with normal group，the other group can restrain gastric juice secretion，increase pH of gastric juice， obviously decrease acidity and and gastric acid secretion as well as the activity of pepsin.But the wine group and honey group had no obviously influnce on the account of gasteic iuice of rats.Conclusion：On the way of gastrointestinal movement and function， Phellodendron amurense and its different processed products had no obvious difference on”Processing with wine can cure upside，with honey cure central section and with salt cure underside”.
