Abstract The modern traveling activities start quite late in our country,while the researchs of social -cultural impacts of tourism are even more lagging far behind. Now the government and scientists pay more attention to it because the social-cultural problems made by the tourism became much complicated and plural since the tourism developed quickly in our country.The author, on the basis of the investigation to Qiaojiabao country of Qixian ,Shanxi province ,using the questionnaire investigation method, analyzes the social-cultural impacts of tourism on the local residents and the rsidents’perceptions and attitudes toward the social-cultural impacts of tourism ,based on the above researches it puts forward the principles and adjustments to regulate the social-cultural impacts of tourism .
