内镜套扎术联合思他宁治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血疗效[摘要] 目的:观察内镜套扎术(EVL)联合思他宁治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法:40例患者分为两组,实验组给予 EVL +思他宁治疗, 对照组给予 EVL +氨甲苯酸治疗。观察两组患者的72 h止血率、1个月再出血率、病死率。结果:实验组患者72 h内止血率为95%,1个月内再出血率为10%,死亡率为5%;对照组患者72 h止血率为80%,1个月内再出血率为15%,死亡率为10%。两组的72 h止血率、1个月再出血率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:EVL术联合思他宁治疗食管静脉曲张出血可有效提高止血率,降低再出血率。 [关键词] 食管静脉曲张破裂出血;内镜套扎术;生长抑素;疗效 [中图分类号] R571+.3[文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)02(c)-064-02 Efficacy of endoscopic variceal ligation plus Somatostatin in the treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding SHUAI Feng1, CAO Jing2 (1.Department of Gastroenterology, the People’s Hospital of Linyi City, Shandong Province, Linyi276003, China; 2.Department of Pharmacy, the People’s Hospital of Linyi City, Shandong Province, Linyi276003, China) [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic variceal ligation (EVL) plus Somatostatin in the treatment of acute esophageal variceal bleeding in cirrhotic patients. Methods: 40 patients with active variceal bleeding under emergency endoscope were assigned to two groups, the experimental group was treated with EVL and Somatostatin, the control group was treated with EVL and Aminomethylbenzoic. The hemostasis rates for 72 hours,one month rebleeding rates and mortality rates were observed. Results:In the experimental group, the hemostasis rates for 72 hours, one month rebleeding rates and mortality rates were 95%,10% and 5%; in the experimental group, the hemostasis rates for 72 hours, one month rebleeding rates and mortality rates were 80%, 15% and 10%. The hemostasis rates for 72 hours and one month rebleeding rates in the two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: EVL plus Somatostatin is a more effective way for controlling acute esophageal variceal bleeding, which could elevate hemostasis rates and reduce rebleeding rates.
