恰玛古蜜膏对小鼠免疫功能影响[摘要] 目的:研究恰玛古蜜膏对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:通过紫外分光光度法测定小鼠单核-巨噬细胞对血流中碳粒的清除能力及小鼠血清中IgM抗体水平;测定小鼠耳廓肿胀度,观察恰玛古蜜膏对二硝基氯苯诱导的小鼠迟发型超敏反应的影响;镜检计数观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力。结果:恰玛古蜜膏40 g/kg剂量能明显提高小鼠单核-巨噬细胞对血流中碳粒的清除能力,促进小鼠血清中IgM抗体的生成,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力;恰玛古蜜膏40 g/kg剂量和20 g/kg剂量能明显增强二硝基氯苯诱导的小鼠迟发型超敏反应。结论:恰玛古蜜膏可增强机体的免疫功能。 [关键词] 恰玛古;小鼠;免疫调节 [中图分类号] R285.5[文献标识码]A [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)02(c)-020-03 The effect of Brassica Campestris Ointment on immune function of mice SUN Yan1, AN Xiqiang2, MA Yuan2, ZHANG Tao2, YAO Hua2, JIA Hongyan3, ZHANG Yahui1 (1.School of Pharmacy, Shihezi University, Shihezi 832000, China; 2.Institute of Meteria Medica, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Urumqi 830004, China; 3.The Company of Health Products of Keping Shengquan, Urumqi 830000, China) [Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of Brassica Campestris Ointment on immune function of mice. Methods: The influence of Brassica Campestris Ointment on carbongranular clearance ability of mononuclear macrophage in mice and the IgM level were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, tumefaction of ear was determined through the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) induced by DNCB; the ability of englobing red blood cells of chicken of peritoneal macrophage in mice was observed by microscopic examination. Results: Carbongranular clearance ability of mononuclear macrophage, the level of IgM and the ability of englobing red blood cells of chicken of peritoneal macrophage in mice were enhanced significantly by the 40 g/kg dosage group of Brassica Campestris Ointment; DTH induced by DNCB was enhanced significantly by the 40 g/kg dosage group and 20 g/kg dosage group of Brassica Campestris Ointment. Conclusion: Brassica Campestris Ointment has effect on improving the immunological function of mice.
