农村私立寄宿制小学现状调查及问题研究 摘要：县春雨学校是西平县最早建立的农村私立寄宿制学校之一。该校在建设初期解决了农村留守儿童的安全、教育问题，并且得到了学校周边学生家长和社会各界的好评。但是，近年来，随着农村留守儿童的不断增加，学校的不断扩充，该校寄宿生在生活、学习、心理健康等方面却出现了比较严重的问题，这些问题严重影响了春雨学校的建设和发展，更影响着该校小学生身心的健康发展。为了有效解决春雨学校所面临的诸多问题，提高春雨学校的办学质量，继续发挥其解决农村留守儿童教育问题的功能.笔者对春雨学校进行了深入调研，并且在分析该校存在问题的基础上，有针对性提出相应的对策和建议，以期帮助农村寄宿制小学的领导和老师们更新办学理念，提高办学水平，为农村寄宿生提供一个良好的学习和生活环境。11129 关键词：农村私立寄宿制小学；教育问题；教育对策 The Problems and Countermeasures ofPrivate Boarding Elementary School in Ruralmdash;mdash;the Chunyuschool ofXiPing ofthe city ofZhuMaDian Abstract：In XiPing county,ZhuMaDian city,Chunyu school is one of the earliest established private boarding schools in rural areas.In early construction,the school solves the problems of education and security of rural children left behind,and has been praised from parents and the community around the school.However,in recent years,with the increasing rural children left behind,and the counting expansion of the school,the school boarders have come across some serious problems in lief,learning,mental health and so on.These problems seriously affected the construction and development of Chunyu school ,Whatrsquo;s more,it also affects the physical and the mental development of school pupils.In order to effectively address the problems the Chunyu school faces,improve the teaching quality,Chunyu school continues to play its role in solving the problems of children left behind in rural education.The author conducts in depth research and analysis on the existing problems of the school,and put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions to help rural boarding primary school leaders and teachers to update the concept,improve the educational level and provide a good learning and living environment for rural boarders. 为了更好地了解春雨学校现状,促进该校良性发展,笔者以前辈的研究成果为指导，于2014年4月7日至10日，深入学校去调查相关情况,运用访谈法对学校领导、任课老师、生活老师、部分学生进行深度访谈，在此基础上，对调查结果进行分析研究，以期引起当地教育行政部门、学校领导、学校教师和学生家长对孩子教育问题的关注，携手为孩子营造一个和谐的学习环境和成长环境。 一、春雨学校的现状调查 （一）春雨学校现状调查 驻马店市西平县春雨学校始建于2004年，是西平县最早建立的农村私立宿舍寄宿制学校之一。学校现有
