冲裁模CAD系统软件输入模块设计 摘要本文简单介绍了模具CAD/CAM的发展史和CAD系统的建立过程，具体阐述了冲裁模CAD系统的总体设计方法，着重论述了输入模块和工艺性检验这两个模块的设计，详细介绍了使用Visual Basic编写的程序的各个界面和使用方法。在图形输入模块的设计中论述了绘图语言输入法、参数编码法、面素拼合法和交互输入法这四种方法的优缺点，最后确定使用交互输入法，并分析DXF文件的数据结构，然后论述了内外轮廓检验和图形生成的方法。在工艺性检验模块介绍了最小圆角半径检验、最小冲孔尺寸检验、悬臂与凹槽检验的原理，文章最后给出了所有模块的程序清单。 关键词冲裁模CAD/CAMVB二次开发图形输入工艺检验8608 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 TitleSoftware Module Design Of Blanking Mold CAD System Abstract This paper briefly introduces the history of the development of mold CAD/CAM system and CAD system establishment process. It elaborated the blanking die CAD system design method. It emphatically discusses the input module and the process of the inspection of the two modules of the design. It in detail introduced the use Visual Basic prepared by the procedures of the various interface and method of use. In graphical input module design discusses the mapping language input method, parameter coding method, surface element join and interactive input method advantages and disadvantages of the four methods. Finally it determined using interactive input method, and analysis of DXF file data structure, and then discusses the internal and external profile inspection and pattern generation method. In the process of testing module presents the minimum radius test, minimum punching dimensional inspection, cantilever and the groove testing principle. The article gave out finally all modules of the program list.
