农民工子女教育问题的现状与对策研究 摘 要：进城农民工子女的教育问题是社会转型中农村人口流动衍生出的一个社会问题。通过以周口市川汇区的农民工子女作为研究对象，采取问卷调查和访谈等方式，对周口市川汇区进城农民工子女当前教育状况及存在的问题进行了全面的调查和研究。在分析原因的基础上，从改革户籍制度，完善教育财政管理体制，加强学校教育职能，改善家庭教育环境，提高自身素质以及全社会共同努力等几个方面，提出了解决周口市进城农民工子女教育问题的对策和建议。7175 关键字：农民工子女；教育问题；现状分析；对策研究 Research on current situation and Countermeasures of the education of children of migrant workersmdash;mdash;Taking Chuanhui District of Zhoukou city as an example Abstract: The education of children of migrant workers is a social problem derived from the social transformation of rural population flow. Keyword: the children of migrant workers；Education problem；Analysis of the status；Countermeasure study （一）进城农民工子女教育的基本情况 1. 进城农民工子女家庭的基本情况 (1) 家庭经济收入的调查显示,调查对象中只有39%的家庭月收入在2000元以上，41%的家庭月收入在1000～2000元之间，还有一小部分的家庭月收入在1000元以下。进城农民工家庭经济收入普遍偏低。 (2) 父母的学历调查显示,调查对象中学生父母的文化程度,只有18%的人是高中学历；42%的人为初中学历；30%的人仅是小学学历，有的甚至没上过学。 (3) 父母从事工作的调查显示，ldquo;低收入rdquo;、ldquo;高强度rdquo;、ldquo;保障低rdquo;成为大部分进城打工的农民工所干的工作标签。有53.3%的个体经营者，有14.8%的雇工，仅有7.8%的正式职工。卖菜，卖食品的比例最为突出，其次是建筑工，修理工，收废品和保洁员等。 2. 进城农民工子女教育的基本情况 (1) 学业成绩调查显示，周口市川汇区68%农民工子弟学校，课堂教学不合格率达78%。只有少量的农民工孩子学习成绩较为优秀，有70%多的学生学习成绩为中等偏下，还有一小部分学生成绩不合格。 (2) 父母对子女上学的态度，虽然进城农民工子女认为在上学方面父母比较支持，但调查数据显示，家长很少主
