大学生食堂消费存在的问题及对策研究 摘要：在大学生各种饮食消费中，食堂消费占据相当大一部分比例。研究大学生食堂消费，不仅能够引导其进行合理的饮食消费，同时可以进一步改善和优化食堂消费行为，有助于其健康成长。本研究以师范学院为例对大学生食堂消费进行分析，通过问卷调查分析出大学生食堂消费存在早餐消费不重视、早餐营养搭配不合理、三餐饮食不规律等问题，并针对相关问题找出帮助大学生养成良好饮食行为的策略。关键词：大学生；食堂消费；问题 ；对策；师范学院9619 The Problems and Countermeasures Research of College Student Canteen Consumption Behavior --The Analysis ofNormal Universityrsquo;s Surveys Abstract: A variety of types of consumption in college students,the proportion of the biggest is the canteen consumption. According to research canteen consumption of college students, it can help them to establish a reasonable diet consumption structure,at the same times, it not only can further ameliorate and optimize the behavior of canteen consumption ,but also contribute to their healthy growth. This research takesNormal University as an example to analyze the canteen consumption behavior of college students. Through the questionnaire survey analysis of the problems existing in the college student canteen consumption. Such as college student canteen consumption exists the phenomenon that they do not pay attention to their breakfast, breakfast nutrition collocation is not reasonable,three meals eating disorders and so on. And according to find relevant strategies to help college students form a good eating habits. Key Words: College students; Canteen consumption; Problems;Countermeasures;Normal University 目录 摘要1 Abstract1 一、大学生食堂消费现状概述2 一、大学生食堂消费现状概述 大学生作为一个特殊的群体，有着不同的消费方式，在食堂消费方面也有着自己独特的认识，据调查大学生食堂消费现状主要表现在以下三方面内容： （一）单一化的经济来源 大学生目前还处在消费阶段，既没有独立的经济基础，也没有固定的经济收入，经济来源相对的单一和稳定。根据问卷问题3知，大学生的经济主要依靠父母供给，其次是奖学金，然后是勤工俭学，还有部分大学生是自主创业所得。 （二）节约型的消费观念 随着社会经济的发展，人民生活条件不断地改善，人们对饮食的消费观念也有了相当大的改变，传统吃饱的消费观念已改变，现在他们更多的是去追求对美食的享受，要吃的有营养，对身体有好处。大学生亦是如此，虽然他们的思想和心理等方面都日渐成熟，但是他们还是理性消费，消费观念还是以节约为主，主要表现在以下两方面：据问题10知，在消费观方面，有相当多一部分大学生在食堂就餐时最愿意消费实惠营养型的食物，仅有很少一部分的大学生会选择一些价格昂贵，物美奢侈型的食物，这说明大学生的消费还是比较理性的。由问题7知，在消费额方面，大学生食堂消费额度均处在一个合适的水平，这说明大学生的消费额还是比较适度的。 （三）多样化的就餐场所 大学生有着不同的饮食偏好，对食物种类的需求也多种多样，为了满足不同地方不同饮食习惯的学生就餐，高校食堂除为大学
