新加坡和日本养老模式研究及借鉴 摘要：在老龄化问题日益严重的今天，拥有一个安详舒适的晚年成了老年人的追求，哪种养老方式更适合减轻我国现在所面临的养老压力是本文研究的重点。本通过文献研究对我国居家养老的现状、未来的发展趋势以及对新加坡和日本养老模式的研究分析，和对现有社区居家养老服务的实证调研结果的分析，了解我国目前养老模式发展情况和老年人对养老模式的期望。作为同处亚洲的发达国家新加坡和日本有着值得我们在发展和完善我国养老模式方面借鉴的经验。通过研究认为居家养老是目前我国应该大力发展的养老模式，并为我国社区居家养老的实施提出一些可行办法：一、加强护理人员资格认证体系的建设；二、旧社区的改建和新社区建设时提供便利的居家养老环境和设施；三、居家养老服务私营化；四、政府政策方面的支持8591 关键词：社区居家养老；新加坡；日本；借鉴 The study and reference about the pension mode in Singapore and Japan Abstract: In today#39;s aging problem is increasingly serious, have a peaceful and comfortable old age became older people pursuit, what kind of pension mode is more suitable for reduce the pension pressure facing now in China is a focus in the study of this article.
