健康信念模式对白血病患者化疗患者自护能力及负性情绪的影响 鲍莉莉 张琳敏 徐晓敏 陈娟 【摘要】目的探讨健康信念模式对白血病患者化疗患者自护能力及负性情绪的影响。 方法 将 128 例白血病化疗患者随机分为观察组及对照组各 64 例，对照组给予常规性健康 教育，观察组在对照组基础上给予针对性健康教育，对比分析两组患者干预前后自护能力、 负性情绪及生活质量的变化。结果 观察组干预后自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能、健康 知识水平及自护能力评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组干预后 汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分低于对照组（P0.05）。 观察组干预后心理维度、生理维度、社会适应性以及生存质量总评分高于对照组，差异有 统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 运用健康信念模式能有效提高白血病化疗患者自我护理能力， 改善患者负性情绪，提高患者生活质量。 【关键词】健康信念模式；白血病；自护能力；负性情绪 【中图分类号】 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】 The impact of ability and negative emotions of health belief model for patients chemotherapy in patients with self-care.Bao Li-li,Zhang Lin-min,,Xu Xiao- min,et al.Wuxi Peoples hospital affiliated to Nanjing medical university, Department of blood ,wuxi 214023,China 【Abstract 】Objective To investigate the impact of ability and negative emotions of health belief model for patients chemotherapy in patients with self-care.
