尼可地尔治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭疗效观察.PDF

《海南医学》2012年第23卷第4期 Vol.23 No.4 February 2012 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1003-6350.2012.04.007 ·临床研究· 尼可地尔治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭疗效观察 周 温 (海口市秀英区海秀卫生院普通内科，海南 海口 570311) 【摘要】 目的 观察尼可地尔治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取在我院住院的冠心病慢性 心力衰竭患者228 例，随机分成实验组和对照组，对照组予常规治疗，实验组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用尼可 地尔治疗，以1个月为一个疗程，出院后随访观察5个月，观察治疗1个月后两组患者脑钠肽(BNP)值的变化以及随 访5 个月后左室射血分数(LVEF 值)、室间隔厚度(IVS)、左室后壁厚度(LVP)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收 缩末期内径(LVESD) 的变化。结果 实验组BNP 值、IVS、LVP、LVEDD、LVESD 值较对照组治疗后降低明显， LVEF 值较对照组治疗后升高明显(P0.05)。结论 尼可地尔可以治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭，改善患者症状的心 功能。 【关键词】 尼可地尔；冠心病；心力衰竭；脑钠肽；左室射血分数 【中图分类号】R541.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】 1003—6350（2012 ）04—018—03 ClinicaleffectofNicorandilinthetreatmentofheartfailurecausedbycoronaryheartdisease.
