胚胎肢芽提取物对周围神经损伤后脊髓前角运动神经元的保护作用（Protective effect of embryonic limb bud extract on motor neurons in spinal cord anterior horn after peripheral nerve injury） Protective effect of embryonic limb bud extract on motor neurons in spinal cord anterior horn after peripheral nerve injury Update Date: 2010-09-08, Liu Hongguang, Hong Guangxiang, Wang Fabin, He Shanshu Abstract: Objective To study the changes of enzymology in motor neurons of anterior horn of spinal cord after peripheral nerve injury, and to explore the protective effects of active substance extracted from rat limb bud (ELBE) on neurons. Methods the sciatic nerve of rats was cut off, the single blind end silicone tube capsule was placed at the proximal end, and the pure injury group was filled with isotonic saline. The protection group was filled with ELBE. The contents of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and acid phosphatase (ACP) in each gram of spinal cord tissue were measured at 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after operation, respectively, at 1, 4 days. The results of AchE in 1 days after injury began to decline in 2 weeks to a minimum, then recovered gradually; ACP damage began to increase 1 days after 1 week rose to the highest, then gradually decreased; smaller animal ELBE with the change of the two kinds of enzymes, the whole process is relatively stable. Conclusion ELBE can protect neurons by buffering the changes of enzymology in neurons after nerve injury, thus reducing the extent of neuronal damage, reducing the number of neuronal death and enhancing the regeneration of neurons.
