骨形成蛋白复合生物活性陶瓷修复骨缺损时血管的变化（Changes of blood vessel with bone morphogenetic protein composite bioactive ceramic in repairing bone defect） Changes of blood vessel with bone morphogenetic protein composite bioactive ceramic in repairing bone defect Update Date: 2010-06-03, Joe, Wang Ping, Gao Yuhao, Yang Lianjia [Abstract] Objective To study the changes of blood vessels of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) and bioactive ceramics (BGC) in repairing bone defects. Methods a total of 8 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. Under anesthesia, 1cm x 0.5cm defect in the middle of the femur was removed and then BMP-BGC composite was implanted. The animals were sacrificed at different times after operation, and the changes of fine vessels in the defect area were observed. Results 1 weeks after implantation of the BMP-BGC complex, vascular buds and neovascularization were seen between the granules. 2 weeks after implantation, more blood vessels were formed, and the vascular network was formed. 3 weeks after implantation, the vascular network is still visible, and some blood vessels grow in the pores of the BGC granules. The bone defect healed up 4 weeks after operation. Compared with the control group, the number of new blood vessels in the BMP-BGC implantation group was more than that of the control group at the 4 time points, and the formation of new bone was also earlier. Conclusion BMP can not only induce the differentiation of mesenchymal cells into osteoblasts, but also stimulate the formation of blood vessels. These new vessels not only bring nutrients to the bone defects, but also provide more target cells for the formation of new bone.
