Abstract; With China’s accession to the WTO, the domestic competition is becoming increasingly international, unprecedented fierce competition in the SME space for development subject to greater squeeze, forcing part of the small and medium businesses looking to invest in foreign markets, through cross-border business and foreign investment in the international market place from China’s current macroeconomic environment, SMEs in transnational business and foreign investment to better the world, to meet the challenge through the use of cross-border management theory, combined with the actual status of SMEs in China and comparative advantages on cross-border operations of SMEs in China’s strategy to offer constructive suggestions.
