It is obtained that the jam fault of adjustable stationary blade and the large gap between rotating axis and rotating rod mating holes are the reason of causing abnormal reduction of flow. The mating cannot be synchronized with the actuator movement. The corresponding improve － ment measures that adding lubricating oil into the sliding graphite bearing outside the adjustable stationary blade to maintain the flex － ibility, and adding thin copper in the intermediate of all loosing places between rotating axis and rotating rod mating holes to achieve synchronized movement, are adopted.
