Gestational diabetes on perinatal outcomes in the Analysis of [Abstract] Objective To study the gestational diabetes on perinatal outcomes. GDM incidence reported in the world 1% to 14%, our incidence rate is about 1.31% to 3.75% [1-2]. pregnant women, gestational diabetes, although no obvious symptoms, but can cause the mother increase in infant complications, gestational diabetes on perinatal outcomes in more and more attention. now with our hospital were retrospectively analyzed as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General information on selected hospital in January 2008 - December 2010 hospital delivery of 75 cases of GDM women as the study group, aged 24 to 41 years, mean 29.20 + -4.51 years old the same period 80 cases of normal pregnancy as control group , age 22 to 40 years, mean 28.90 + -4.48 years old. Both groups were selected primipara singleton pregnancies, no history of diabetes before pregnancy, no other
