HCC high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) expression and clinical pathological factors Abstract: Objective To investigate the HMGB1 protein in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma on the diagnostic value of immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis determined 30 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and adjacent tissue samples (own pair of HMGB1 protein expression in hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical pathological factors. Results HMGB1 were overexpressed in HCC, and its expression is higher than HCC tissues (P lt;0.05, HMGB1 in the envelope incomplete, lymph node metastasis hepatocellular carcinoma was higher than encapsulated and without lymph node metastasis (all P lt;0.05, with Edmondson pathologic grade increase, HMGB1 expression increased (P lt;0.05. while HMGB1 expression and tumor patient age , gender, tumor size was no significant correlation (all Pgt; 0.05. Conclusions HMGB1 may occur in HCC development, invasion and metastasis play an important role. HMGB1 may be a primary hepatocellular carcinoma new potential tumor-specific markers.
