外固定支架及钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折临床研究[摘要] 目的 比较两种不同手术方式治疗股骨干骨折的疗效。 方法 回顾性分析2009年1月～2012年1月期间收治的采用外固定支架及钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折患者的临床资料，对两组手术方式骨折愈合时间、并发症、负重时间、优良率进行比较，并作统计学分析。 结果 两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P 0.05），两组愈合时间、负重时间的比较差异无统计学意义（P 0.05），两组并发症发生率的比较差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 外固定支架及钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折近期疗效相当，临床应根据患者实际情况，选择合适的手术方式，遵循手术个体化原则，使患者得到满意的疗效。 [关键词] 外固定支架；钢板内固定；股骨干骨折 [中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）07-0149-02 Analysis of external fixation and internal fixation with steel plate in treating femoral shaft fracture QIU Jiren Department of Orthopedics，the Second Peoples Hospital of Qinzhou City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，Qinzhou 535000， China [Abstract] Objective To compare two different surgical treatment of fracture of femoral shaft. Methods Retrospective from January 2009 to January 2012 years admitted to using external fixation and plate fixation in treatment of femoral shaft fractures in patients with clinical information，through two sets of surgical fracture healing time， complications， good loading time， compare rates， and statistical analysis. Results Two sets of clinical effects of the difference was not statistically significant （P 0.05）， two group comparison of healing time， load time difference was not statistically significant （P 0.05）， two group comparison of the incidence of complications the difference was not statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion External fixation and internal fixation with steel plate in treating femoral shaft fracture effect， should be paid in accordance with the actual situation， select the appropriate mode of operation， follow the principle of operation of individual，so that patients are satisfied with the results.
