富士康（晋城）车间现场管理分析与优化研究摘要管理，可使企业全面改善经营环境，提高整体经营素质。配合工业工程的系统思想，使企业达到优质、高效、低耗、清洁生产的目的。 本文以SHZBG机构车间的现场管理为研究对象，采用IE（工业工程）的研究方法，综合运用基础IE、设施规划等相关知识，以流程程序图、布置经路分析图等为工具，对SHZBG机构车间的流程和车间物流进行了分析，遵循5W1HECRS和动作经济原则的优化分析原则，就分析出的各种问题提出改进建议，并分析改进前后的车间工作效率。最后达到优化车间作业流程，减少物料搬运，提高生产效率的目的。 关键字：现场管理流程分析布置和经路分析Abstract Site management is the starting point and final goal of the internal management， A kind of professional management，and field all is implemented through on site management . It will enable enterprises to comprehensively improve the operating environment， improve the overall qualities of management. With the system thought of Industrial Engineering， Implementing Site management make enterprises to achieve the purpose of high quality， high efficiency， low consumption， clean production，So site management is an indispensable part of.enterprise management. The title based on SHZBG Mechanism workshop site managemen in the Foxconn ( Jincheng) technology group as the research object， using IE ( Industrial Engineering ) research method， integrately use a kind of knowledge，including of basic IE， facilities planning， human factors engineering . It make use of flow process chart， The road layout analysis diagram as the tool， to analyze SHZBG workshop process and workshop logistics in Foxconn ( Jincheng) Science and technology group. followed by optimization analysis principle，including of 5W1H， ECRS and motion analysis ， It analyzes the various problems and recommends suggestions for improvement， so as to analyze and improve the work efficiency.
