77例股骨远端骨折的疗效分析（Analysis of curative effect of 77 cases of distal femoral fracture） Analysis of curative effect of 77 cases of distal femoral fracture 2009-12-16 Lu Donghui, Yang Guoxin, Xiong Yun, Chen Xinhua Distal femoral fractures, including supracondylar fractures of the femur and femoral condyle fractures, are more common. In our hospital, 96 cases were treated in the past 4 years, and 77 cases (12~48 months) were followed up. It is hereby reported as follows. Clinical data 1. general data: there were 77 cases, 58 males and 19 females, aged 15~72 years, average 34 years old. There were 18 open injuries and 59 closed injuries. Fracture type: there were 26 cases of supracondylar fracture, 33 cases of condylar fracture, 8 cases of single condyle fracture, 25 cases of intercondylar fracture, 18 cases of supracondylar fracture and condylar fracture. There were 61 cases of comminuted fracture. There were 12 cases of cruciate ligament injury and 5 cases of collateral ligament injury. The injuries ranged from half an hour to 53 days, with an average of 8.4 days. There were 54 cases of fresh fracture and 23 cases of old fracture. The time to surgery was 1~60 days, with an average of 10.2 days. 2. treatment methods: 8 cases of non operative treatment, all open fractures, severe wound infection or infection cases. Debridement immediately after admission, bone traction at the same time, 4~6 weeks later to plaster external fixation, and then 2~8 weeks after the film review, the fracture Department has more callus, remove gypsum, begin functional exercise. 69 cases were treated with internal fixation, including 8 cases of Ender nail fixation, 49 cases of L shaped condylar plate fixation, 12 cases of AO dynamic condylar screw fixation. Ender nail internal fixation, plaster external fixation for 6~8 weeks, AO condylar screw fixation, plaster external fixa
