GITR mRNA 在变应性鼻炎患者外周血单个核细胞中表达水平 　作者：林志强 钱炜 吉均祥 王海生 陈建国 仝佳 王胜军 【摘要】 目的： 探讨糖皮质激素诱导的肿瘤坏死因子受体(glucocorticoidinduced tumor necrosis factor receptor,GITR)与变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的关系。方法： 采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测变应性鼻炎未治疗组(n=23，男12例，平均年龄34岁)、临床缓解组(n=17，男8例，平均年龄31岁)及正常对照组(n=24，男11例，平均年龄28岁)外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell，PBMC)中GITR mRNA的相对表达水平。结果： 变应性鼻炎未治疗组GITR mRNA相对表达水平明显高于变应性鼻炎临床缓解组和正常对照组(Plt;0.05，Plt;0.01)，而变应性鼻炎临床缓解组GITR mRNA相对表达水平与正常对照组相比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。结论： GITR可能参与了变应性鼻炎的病理过程，具体机制有待进一步研究。 【关键词】 糖皮质激素诱导的肿瘤坏死因子受体; 变应性鼻炎; 外周血单个核细胞; 实时定量PCR 　　[Abstract] Objective: To find out the correlation between glucocorticoidinduced tumor necrosis factor receptor(GITR) and allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods： Thirtythree(male 12, average 34 years old) patients with active AR, 17 AR patients with symptoms controlled(male 8, average 31 years old), and 24 normal controls(male 11, average 28 years old) were recruited in the study. The relative expression of GITR mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by means of realtimefluorescence quantitative PCR method. Results： The relative expressions of GITR mRNA in the group of AR patients without treatment were significantly higher than that in the groups of AR patients with symptoms controlled and normal controls(Plt;0.01, respectively),but there was no statistically significant difference in relative expression of GITR mRNA between the groups of AR with symptoms controled and normal control(Pgt;0.05). Conclusion： GITR might be involved in the pathological process of AR.
