增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胰腺癌组织中表达及临床意义 　 作者：赵军，姚建锋，马建仓，赵光辉，罗亮 毕业论文 【关键词】; E 毕业论文 　　摘要：目的; 研究Ecadherin、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法; 应用免疫组化方法对59例胰腺癌组织的Ecadherin、PCNA进行检测。结果; Ecadherin在胰腺癌组织比相应的癌旁正常胰腺组织中表达明显减低，高表达率仅为13.6%(8/59)，且各组间(与癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移以及临床分期)Ecadherin表达差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；PCNA在胰腺癌组织比相应的癌旁正常胰腺组织表达明显增高，强阳性表达率为67.8%(40/59)，且各组间PCNA表达差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；在胰腺癌组织中，Ecadherin与PCNA表达呈负相关(Plt;0.05)。结论; Ecadherin与PCNA异常表达与胰腺癌的分化、增殖、侵袭以及转移有密切的关系。 毕业论文 　　关键词：E钙黏附素；增殖细胞核抗原；胰腺癌 毕业论文 　　Expression of Ecadherin and PCNA in pancreatic adenocarcinoma and their clinic significance 毕业论文 　　ABSTRACT: Objective; To study the expression of Ecadherin and PCNA in pancreatic adenocarcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods; Ecadherin and PCNA in 59 cases of pancreatic adenocarcinoma was studied by immunohistochemistry. Results; The decreased expression of Ecadherin in pancreatic adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal pancreas; the higher rate of expression only was 13.6%(8/59); and the expression of Ecadherin in various groups was statistically significant with the differentiation of carcinoma; the metastasis of lymph nodes and the clinical stages(Plt;0.05); the increased expression of PCNA in pancreatic adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal pancreas; the higher positive rate of PCNA was 67.8%(40/59); and the expression of PCNA in various groups was significant in statistics with the differentiation of carcinoma; the metastasis of lymph nodes and the clinical stages(Plt;0.05); the correlation between Ecadherin and PCNA was negative in pancreatic adenocarcinoma.(Plt;0.05).
