成人疝气应用无张力疝修补术治疗疗效观察 　[摘要] 目的 研究成人疝气应用无张力疝修补术治疗的疗效。 方法 回顾性分析我院2011年1月～2014年11月期间收治的65例成人疝气患者的病历资料，根据随机数字表法将其分为无张力组和传统术组。传统术组采取的手术方式为传统疝气手术；无张力组采取的手术方式为无张力疝修补术。对两组患者手术操作时间、术中失血量、术后疼痛评分、卧床时间、住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生情况和1年复发率进行比较。 结果 无张力组的并发症、1年复发率（分别为：6.06%、3.03%）低于传统术组（分别为：31.25%、15.63%）（Plt;0.05）。无张力组患者手术操作时间、术中失血量、术后疼痛评分、卧床时间、住院时间、住院所需费用均少于传统术组（Plt;0.05）。 结论 成人疝气应用无张力疝修补术治疗的疗效确切，可有效简化操作，降低创伤，减少术中出血，减轻术后疼痛感，减少术后并发症的出现，有利于尽早下床活动、缩短住院时间和减轻医疗负担，还可有效控制复发，经济效益和社会效益良好，值得推广。　　[关键词] 成人疝气；无张力疝修补术；传统疝气手术；复发率　　[中图分类号] R656.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）19-0051-03　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of tension-free hernia repair in treatment of adult hernia. Methods 65 adult patients with hernia treated in our hospital from January 2011 to November 2014 were selected and their clinical materials were reviewed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups， the tension-free group and the conventional surgery group. Patients in the conventional surgery group were given conventional hernia surgery， while patients in the tension-free group were given tension-free hernia repair. The operation time， blood loss during operation， pain scores after operation， bed rest time， hospital stay， cost of hospitalization， incidence of complications， and one-year recurrence rate were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications and one-year recurrence rate were significantly lower in the tension-free group（6.06%， and 3.03%， respectively） than in the conventional surgery group （31.25%， and 15.63%， respectively）（Plt;0.05）. The time of operation， blood loss during operation， pain score after operation， bed rest time， hospital stay， and cost of hospitalization were significantly shorter/lower in the tension-free group than in the conventional surgery group（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair has definite effect on adult hernia， which can simplify the operation， reduce injury and blood loss， relieve postoperative pain， decrease the incidence rate of posto
