摘 要 随着现代物流在全世界的快速发展，城市物流在区域经济发展中 的重要作用日益明显；特别在当前城市化建设步伐加快的背景下，许 多城市都提出了要把城市物流产业作为一个经济增长点。但是，目前 国内外关于城市物流方面的理论研究不是很多，实践已走到了理论的 前面，本课题从城市物流发展的现状和现代化城市对物流产业的需要 出发，详细阐述了城市物流的基本理论知识，通过定性和定量相结合 的方法探索了城市物流规划和建设的相关问题，并对长株潭城市群区 域物流作了实证研究。本论文的主要研究内容有以下几个方面： 1、探讨了城市物流产生的历史背景和发展情况，阐述了现代物 流在电子商务环境下呈现的新特点。 2 、分析了城市物流系统规划的基本原理和方法，详细介绍了城 市交通系统的规划和城市物流园区的规划。 3 、提出了长株潭城市群区域物流产业化的发展战略，并且分析 了长株潭三市的物流资源整合策略。 关键词：城市物流 物流规划 物流园区 物流中心 规划模型 物流产业化 3 Abstract With the rapid development of modern logistics in the whole world, the important effect of urban logistics becomes more and more clear. Especially, under the acceleration of urbanization construction step, the logistics industry is regard as a breakthrough point for promote to the economy of the cities. While, the theory studies are very lack about the urban logistics in global, and the practical applies go ahead much long. This task proceeds from the present conditions of urban logistics and the needs of the modern urban to logistics industry, expounds the basic theories of the urban logistics, and explores some interrelated questions between the planning and the construction through the qualitative methods and the quantitative methods. On the base of region logistics industrialization, the task launches concrete studies.
