II 摘 要 近年来，高职院校如雨后春笋般建立起来，它是社会需求不断发展的产物，高 职院校是为培养生产领域、建设领域和服务领域一线的高技能人才而服务的。教师 是学校的第一资源,是加快学院发展，提升学院核心竞争力和综合实力的动力之源。 高职院校应重视教师队伍建设，深化改革，建立有利于教教师源合理配置的有效机 制，建设一支数量充足、素质优良、结构合理的教师队伍，近年来，有关教师胜任力 的研究成为人力资源管理领域的热点。因此，将胜任力模型引入到教师队伍建设，根据 学校自身的特点，建立科学合理的选拔方式，制定人性化的评价制度，激发教师的 潜能，促使高职院校快速发展具有重要意义。 本文研究的主要内容如下： 第一章，主要论述本文选题的背景与意义、研究的内容与方法、研究的创新点 与不足。 第二章，综述教师队伍建设与胜任力的研究成果。 第三章，剖析高职院校教师队伍建设现状与存在的问题。 第四章，构建高职教师胜任力模型。 第五章 论述胜任力模型在高职教师队伍建设中的应用。 关键词：高职院校；教师队伍建设；胜任力；胜任力模型； I Abstract In recent years, vocational colleges have mushroomed up, it is the product of the development of social demand vocational colleges for the training of highly skilled personnel frontlineareasofproduction, constructionareasandserviceareasandservice.
