2型糖尿病患者CD62p、CD63及糖尿病周围神经病变关系 　 作者：叶成夫 陈良苗 杨士桂 【摘要】 目的 探讨CD62p、CD63与糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的关系。 方法 用流式细胞术测定59例2型糖尿病患者CD62p、CD63，使用Nicolet Viking IVD 肌电图诱发电位仪测定周围神经传导速度（NCV），肌电图正常者为非DPN（A组，25例），神经电生理异常者为DPN（B组，34例）。健康对照组26例。 结果 CD62p、CD63的水平在糖尿病与对照组比较有显著差异（P＜0.001，P＜0.01），B组与A组有显著差异（P＜0.05，P＜0.05），直线相关分析显示CD62p与CD63（r=0.564，P＜0.001）、FPG（r=O.402，P＜0.01）呈正相关，与左腓MNCV（r=-0.320，P＜0.05）、右腓MNCV（r=-0.299，P＜0.05）、左尺MNCV（r=-0.407，P＜0.01）、右尺SNCV（r=-0.382，P＜0.05）呈负相关，与年龄、病程、GHB、TG、TC、BMI等无相关，CD63与FPG（r=O.623，P＜0.001）呈正相关，与左腓MNCV（r=-0.377，P＜0.01）、右腓MNCV（r=-0.285，P＜0.05）、右尺SNCV（r=-0.378，P＜0.05）呈负相关，与其余因素无相关。 结论 CD62p、CD63表达率可能是糖尿病周围神经病变发生与发展的一个预测指标。 【关键词】 2型糖尿病 糖尿病周围神经病变 CD62p、CD63 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between CD62p、CD63 and diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）in type Ⅱ diabetes patients. Methods FCM was used to test CD62p、CD63 in 59 cases of type Ⅱ diabetes patients, Nicolet Viking IVD electromyologram potential evoker was used to measure the peripheral nerve conduction velocity( PNCV) , cases normal in electromyologram was none-DPN( group A , 25 cases ),cases abnormal in neural electrophysiology was DPN（group B，34 cases）. 26 cases as control group .
