B超介入下输卵管加压注药治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕临床探究 　作者：陈宜斌 王家美 朱贵明 【摘要】 目的 观察B超介入下输卵管加压注药（中药制剂）术诊治输卵管梗阻性不孕的疗效。 方法 将2008年度内就诊于我院门诊的输卵管堵塞患者共87例分为两组。一组为传统输卵管通液术46例，共79条输卵管;另一组为彩超介入下通液（中药制剂）术并结合中药治疗41例，共77条输卵管，将二者的诊断符合率及治疗有效率进行比对分析，结果采用χ2检验。结果 中药组治疗后输卵管通畅度完全或明显改善(占51.9%)，与治疗前有显著性差异(Plt;0.01) ，而普通输卵管通液体组治疗后仅16条输卵管通畅度完全或明显改善(占20.3%)，与治疗前无显著性差异，且两种治疗方法之间疗效对比有明显差异(Plt;0.01) 。结论 B超介入下输卵管加压注药并结合中药治疗是诊治部分输卵管梗阻的一种较安全、有效的方法，比传统方法治疗该疾病的成功率明显增高，同时并不增加患者痛苦。对输卵管状况诊断确切。此项技术的推广应用，使众多输卵管性不孕患者能早期诊断、早期治疗，具有重要的临床意义。 【关键词】 B超介入 输卵管 不孕症 中药制剂 【Abstract】 of B-intervention tubal pressure injection (Traditional Chinese Medicine) medical treatment of obstructive tubal infertility effect. Methods: The year 2008 received treatment in hospital outpatient clinics were 87 cases of tubal blockage patients into two groups. A group of traditional Hydrotubation 46 cases， a total of 79 fallopian tubes; another group involved in the next one solution for color Doppler ultrasound (TCD preparation) technique in combination with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 41 cases， a total of 77 fallopian tubes， the diagnostic accuracy of both rate and treatment efficiency of the analysis compared the results using χ2 test. Results: The traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment of tubal patency completely or significantly improved (51.9%)， and pre-treatment there was significant difference (Plt;0.01)， while the normal tubal fluid group after treatment of tubal patency is only 16 completely or significantly improved (20.3%)， and pre-treatment there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two treatment methods and there are significant differences in contrast (Plt;0.01).
