XJTLU Regulations on Commercial Activities on Campus 西交利物浦大学校园商业活动管理办法 1. Introduction 概述 With the increasing number of student organizations, XJTLU campus is now teamed with more and colourful student activities. However, it has been found that some of the student organizations undertake commercial activities and help to hold commercial promotion activities on campus, which has occupied the university recourses, disturbed the normal learning and teaching activities. Some of these activities even caused great economic loss to some students and even the fame of the university. Thus, based on the Regulations on Management of University Campus Order (the 13th Decree from Ministry of Education in 1990), this regulation is drafted to protect the interest of students and help to create a sound campus environment for students’ life and learning. 随着我校学生组织的日益增多，学生活动也越来越丰富，但是近来发现有些学生组织 或者个人，以学校的名义承接各类商业推广活动，占用学校资源，干扰学生正常的学 习生活秩序，有的甚至给学生造成一些经济损失，影响了学校的声誉。为保障我校学 生的正当权益，为学生提供良好的校园学习和文化生活环境，根据《高等学校校园秩 序管理若干规定》（国家教委 1990 第 13 号令）及我校的有关规章制度，特制订本办 法。 2. Types of Commercial Activities 各类商业活动 The commercial activities here refer, but not limit to, all types of product promotion, service promotion, etc. on campus through emails, posters, lectures, physical display or business on site and so on. In principle, no commercial activities are allowed within XJTLU, while special cases should first be approved and recorded by relevant department or office. Otherwise it is considered as illegal in XJTLU.
