浅论龙香平喘胶囊止咳平喘药效学实验探究（Experimental study on pharmacodynamics of Zhike Pingchuan capsule in relieving cough and asthma） Experimental study on pharmacodynamics of Zhike Pingchuan capsule in relieving cough and asthma Date: 07, 10 [Abstract] Objective To observe the antitussive and antiasthmatic effects of dragon fragrant asthma relieving capsule (LXP) and its related pharmacological functions. Using the method of spraying acetylcholine histamine induced asthma guinea pig asthma model, observe LXP (1.2, 0.6, 0.3g/kg) affect asthma incubation period of guinea pigs; lung overflow, guinea pigs were LXP bronchial spasm caused by the antagonism function on histamine in isolated trachea test; SO2, ammonia induced cough experimental observation of the Dragon fragrant Pingchuan capsule cough function; mice carbon clearance rate at the end of experiment to observe the effect of LXP on immune function in mice; PCA rat experimental observation of LXP on delayed hypersensitivity reaction induced by the influence of antiovalbumin serum; mice anti hypoxia and anti fatigue experiment of hypoxia and anti fatigue function resistant dragon fragrant Pingchuan capsule. Results LXP could significantly prolong the incubation period of histamine and acetylcholine induced asthma; inhibition of histamine in anesthetized guinea pigs increased pulmonary flow, reduce pulmonary overflow height curve, shorten the maintenance time of histamine induced tracheal spasm; of acetylcholine in isolated guinea pig trachea smooth muscle spasm with relaxation function significantly reduce ammonia induced cough, SO2; cough; induced by inhibition of antiovalbumin serum PCA in rats; can improve the mouse charcoal clearance rate and prolong the survival time of hypoxia tolerance in mice. Conclusion long Dan Pingchuan capsule has better antitussive and antiasthmatic functions.
