离心测速抱轨式跑车自动防护装置的设计.doc

摘 要 矿井运输书矿山企业的主要生产过程之一，斜井串车在我过目前的矿井运输系统中使用较多，占有重要地位。斜井串车提升的防跑车装置是井下必不可少的安全保护装置，防跑车装置的可靠与否直接关系到矿井的安全提升。目前，国内尚无性能可靠的斜井跑车自动防护装置。本次设计就是为此而设计进行的。 在本次设计中综合介绍评述了以前及现今应用的一系列防跑车装置，并进行了总结和选型。在综合了前人科研成果的基础上进行了新型纯机械防跑车装置的设计。 本次设计的离心测速抱轨式跑车自动防护装置吊装在矿车底部，对矿车的正常运行无任何影响。为了吊装方便，也可将该装置吊装在专门的制动车上，实现随车保护。本防跑车装置利用接触车轮离心测速来实现对矿车的速度监控，一旦跑车，矿车速度迅速增大，超过设计速度，制动装置将自动打开，抱爪下落，抱住钢轨实现制动。整个防跑车过程完全实现自动控制，无需要人工操作，可随时实现防跑车制动，安全可靠且不会对矿车造成损坏，是比较为理想的斜井防跑车装置。 关键词： 斜井运输 矿车 防跑 离心测速 抱轨 Abstyact Shaft traffic is one of the main produce process in mine enterprise ,at present in our country, hoist by string vehicle in the inclined shaft traffic sisters ,it takes the important position .Guard against running vehicle device for hoist by string vehicles together in incline shaft is necessary safety protect device in the pit .At present, the unify and dependable automatic guard against running vehicle for hoist by string vehicles together in inclined shaft has not been developed in our country .The design is just for this. The design overall introduce a series of guard against running vehicle device now is used and before, and make a summary and select. The design based on the outcome of scientific researches of before, a new mechanization guard against running vehicle device new is designed. Automatic guard running vehicle device with determined the velocity by centrifuge and hold the track is hung under the miner’s truck driving in normal speed. In order to hang the device simple and convenient, the device also can be hung under the special brake truck to protect the miner’s truck. The guard against running vehicle device uses comes into contact with wheel to deter mine the velocity, in this way, the speed of miner’s truck can be watched and controlled. Once running vehicle, the speed of miner’s truck rises faster. Soon it will over the design speed, then the brake device will automatic work; the hold claw will fall down and hold the track.
