Firstly there was a way to make trial mousses to dope by abdominal cavity with 0.4% Pentobarbital 10 ㎎/㎏ and then excision the ovarian of two side of mouse with asepsis condition to make mouse model of osteoporosis(OP) mousses that a part of fat near ovarian were excisionto save ovarian were selected to control group(group of sham operation) .take three mousses from both of two groups respectively to examine the bone density by bone density meter and then judge the model whether successes 36 days after operation. mousses with no ovarian were divided into 8 groups randomly model group(with equal volume of pure water) group of diethylstilbestrol 2mg/kg group of E.leptorrhizum Steam with high dosage 200mg/kg group of E.leptorrhizum Steam with medium dosage 100mg/kg group of E.leptorrhizum Steam with low dosage 50mg/kg
