杨应德：中国城市生产性服务业发展影响因素研究 Abstract Producer services is an industry that has high technical content, intensive knowledge industrial, less resource consumption, small environment pollution, large development potential, a strong correlation degree with other industry, the important value point in industry value chain, and has the strong radiation ability and leading role in the national economy. Developing produce services can not only deal with the impact of the international economic situation, but also can help to realize the regional economic growth mode, optimize industrial structure, and realize the great-leap-forward development of Local Economic. Clearing and identification the factors of influencing producer services will make rational targeted industry policy and provide the basis to effectively promote the regional economic development for city producer services. In this paper, we adopt principle and methods of Spatial Statistics to analysis the the Factors Influencing the Development of China City Services Industry based on the china 191 cities dates from 2005 to 2010.The result shows that different factors have different role for producer services. Specialization, industrialization and marketization hasn’t significant effect on producer service.the level of informationization of cites has significant positive effect.Human capital hasn’t significant effect on producer service. The level of opening up to the development of producer services effect is not obvious ；The factor of industry association between cities is through the significant level inspection, which suggests that the material level between the cities of mutual exchange produce due effect for the development of producer services.
