Results: without pre node control side spirit local changes quickly, from mild to severe development in short time, and see less homogeneous mass; while the treatment side changes slowly or no obvious change, induration appears late and no mass. It is suggested that the Chinese herbal medicine has a preventive effect on the induration caused by intramuscular injection. It showed that the control side has a faster local change and takes shorter time to develop from mild degree to severe one, and an uneven ball is seen, while in the treatmental side, there is a slower or unnotable change, induration appears late and there is no ball. It is suggested that Yujieling, made from Chinese medicinal herbs, has a noticeable preventive and treatmental effect on muscle-injective induration.
