年产70万吨棒材车间设计.doc

摘要 设计年产量万吨，品种为圆钢和螺纹钢的小型棒材厂，其规格分别为Φ18～40mm圆钢，Φ12～40mm螺纹钢，在此选择Φ2的钢作为典型产品进行该车间的设计。 棒材以定尺交货，横列式、半连续式、全连续式各种轧机都可以进行生产。平立交替的连轧棒材事故少，生产效率高，产量大，因而棒材生产普遍向连轧发展。本设计任务为年产万吨，可以采用半连续式或全连续式，考虑减少事故，为将来扩大产能，本设计采用全连轧方式。 本车间设计的主要依据是现代棒材生产工艺过程的理论，参阅了国内有关棒材轧机的先进工艺、轧机的装备、技术、孔型系统及一些辅助设备的论述，并参照唐钢棒材厂，取一部分技术参数而设计了此车间。　 此设计说明书以设计任务书出发，首先论述了棒材的发展概况和市场需求，建厂的必要性和可能性，然后按照车间设计的步骤进行设计，主要是产品大纲的制定、轧机的选择、孔型系统的选择及典型产品的孔型设计、力能参数的计算及校核、辅助设备的选取、车间布置等。 此外，本文附有孔型图、配辊图及车间平面图，以便参考。 关键词：孔型系统；；ABSTRACT This time I will design a small rod factory, which annual production is 700,000 tons. Its specifications were Φ18 ~ 40mm round bar steel and Φ12 ~ 40mm deformed bar. I choose the round bar steel of Φ20 to carry on the design of this workshop for the typical product here . The main basis of this design of workshop is a theory of the production technology course of modern excellent material, have consulted the domestic equipment, technology, pass system and argumentation of some auxiliary equipment about the advanced craft of the rolling mill of excellent material, rolling mill, consult and bear the steel excellent material factory, has fetched some technical parameters and designed this workshop . This design instruction set out with design specifications, has described necessity and possibility of founding the factory at first, then design according to the step of the design of workshop , it is mainly the formulation of the products outline, choice , choice and typical pass design of products , pass of system of rolling mill,, strength can calculation , check and auxiliary equipment of parameter choose etc.. In addition, this text encloses the rolling chart , pass picture, mixes the roller picture and workshop plane figure, in order to consult.
