Epidemiological studies show that about 20% of children suffer from emotional, psychological or behavioral abnormalities, and nearly 10% of children suffer from severe psychological disorders [1], and show a marked upward trend compared with the past (2). In the pediatric comprehensive outpatient service, about 66.7% of the children are children with mental disorders or physical diseases and psychological disorders exist at the same time [3]. However, in general general hospital outpatient department of Pediatrics, doctors pay little attention to the psychological disorders or lack the necessary professional knowledge to correctly identify and deal with childrens psychological disorders. This paper introduces several common psychological disorders in outpatient department of Pediatrics, and summarizes the following reports. 1 mood disorders [1] Emotional disorder is a group of diseases characterized by anxiety, terror and depression in childhood. The incidence rate of childrens emotional disorder in China is between 10.5% and 21%. The female is obviously higher than the male, the city is higher than the countryside, the male female ratio is 1: 2.2 [4]. In pediatric comprehensive clinic, the 2/3 of mental disorder was emotional disorder, and the second was emotional and behavioral disorder, accounting for 17% [3]. Common childhood emotional disorders including anxiety, phobia (including school phobia), depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, hysteria etc.. In most cases, these emotional disorders are less important for parents and school teachers (5). Early intervention on childrens emotional disorders is not only conducive to improving childrens intellige
