日本小学能源教育的基本理念和实践研究 中文摘要 一个国家的强盛，大多数取决于这个国家经济的发展水平，而经济发展是以能源作为其发展的支撑，所以各国都开始致力于能源的研究。而随之而来19世纪世界两次石油危机的出现，全球又不可避免的面对能源枯竭所带来的压力，除了采取提高能源利用率与节约能源的措施以外，最重要的就是要从根本上唤醒国民对能源问题的认识。在能源问题日益严重的大环境下，能源教育应允而生。而小学作为基础教育的开始，是培养行为习惯、渗透知识的最佳阶段，因此，能源教育在小学教育中的应用具有很高的研究价值。 通过对相关的文献资料分析，许多发达国家都对小学阶段的能源教育有大量的研究，不仅在宏观政策方面给予能源教育的法律支持，在学校具体操作中也有很多相当好的案例。本研究主要选择能源教育在日本小学教育领域中如何实施展开研究，通过梳理大量的文献资料，来明确日本能源教育在小学教育中的定位、能源教育的概念、目标、内容等基本理念以及能源课程的设计思路。根据对相关文献的分析总结发现日本小学能源教育主要有几个特点：第一，日本在小学能源教育目标的设置上层级清晰、目标内容细目化；第二，分阶段、分学科设置能源教育内容；第三，注重知识的系统化和连续性；第四，学校、家庭及社区相互结合，研究范围贴近学生生活。通过对日本小学能源教育的研究分析，可以扩大我国对小学能源教育的视野，并以此来促进我国小学能源教育的发展。 本研究运用文献法、案例研究法和比较研究法三种分析方法，对日本小学能源教育理念及实践综合评析，以及对我国小学能源教育中的现实状况加以简单对比，借鉴日本小学能源教育中符合我国国情和教育体制的课程理念及实施举措，进而完善我国小学能源教育内容。 [关键词]：日本，能源教育，小学教育 The basic philosophy and Practice Research of the Japanese primary school energy education Abstract A powerful country , mostly depends on the development level of national economy, and the economic development is energy as its development support, so all countries began to work on energy research.
