Hong- Shi Science Technology limited Company, Dalian 116031, China) Abstract A design of control system used in bearing parameter tester of a special bear for/ the Three Gorges dam strobe0 engineering is intro- duced. using GE company PLC (programmable logic controller) as main control unit, PT (programmable Terminal ) as data display control unit , IPC ( Industry Processing Computer) as monitor unit , By themeans of the communication between IPC and PLC , PLC and PT , control system realized the parameter test for the special bearing. The designed programmer on PLC realized bearing parameter test for example pressure, velocity, P (present value) value and so on . T hedesigned programmer on PT realized that bearing parameter test haveall kind functions for example manual running, auto- running, simulation running and so on. It has been testified that the system has higher reliability, tested bearing parameter up to scratch and better property.
