低氧运动对大鼠血脂代谢的影响 lipid metabolism, healthy rats were selected as the object of the study. This research was designed on the basis of relevant research of internal and external experts, combining with optimum hypoxic condition which can improve oxidative ability much better. The index as body weight(BW), the ratio of fat weight(FR), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C ）, total cholesterol （TC ）, lipoprotein lipase(LPL), hepatic lipase(HL), insulin level was chosen to find the effect of hypoxic exercise to them and also the relationship between them. 52 male SD rats of 8 weeks old were randomly divided into 6 groups as following: Normoxic control group, Normoxic exercise group, Hypoxic control group, living high-training high, living high-training low, living low-training high.. The hypoxic chamber imitated hypoxic and normobaric condition, oxygen concentration inside was controlled at 15.3%, which is equal to 2500m high altitude. The speed of normoxic treadmill is 25m/min.The speed of hypoxic treadmill is 20m/min. Exercise groups should exercise 60min/d, 6d/w for 4 weeks. After the last training day and of 12h fasted, blood sample and other tissues was prepared and to be measured. Result: (1)Comparing Hypoxic Control group with Normoxic Control group, there is a significant difference between the two groups in the level of TG, LDL-C and TC （P＜ 0.05）. At same time, HDL-C increased a little and FR decrease a little. There is a significant difference between Hypoxic control group and normoxic control group in BW （P＜0.05）.
