摘要 自本世纪30年代以来，由于生产的发展对控制仪表的新要求,以及科学技术的发展，热工自动化技术取得了惊人的成就，并在生产和技术发展中起到了关键作用。随着现代工业生产的发展和人民生活水平的提高，发电机组已由过去的中小容量向大容量、高参数的单元机组发展,电力工业进入了大电网、大机组、高度自动化的时代。为了适应调峰的需要，大型单元机组对热工自动控制系统提出了新的、更高的要求。目前，热工自动化装置已成为大型发电机组中不可分割的重要组成部分，自动化程度已成为衡量企业现代化水平的一个重要标志。 本文根据已知的汽轮机型号，确定了其测点及各测点的近似参数。结合相关仪表的选择原则，选择了一系列压力，温度变送器，显示仪表，记录仪表，监测系统及带电接点的测量仪表，并合理连接一起，组成一个有机系统。并将仪表发出的停机，甩负荷信号输入至可编程控制器（PLC）中，PLC对信号处理后，输出至报警器或相关的动作设备中，实现对汽轮发电机组的保护。 关键词：热工自动化 发电机组 测点 可编程控制器 Abstract The technique of thermal automation has made a surprising achievment and played a key role in production and the development of technology as the development of technology’s new needs for operating instrument since 1930’s. As the development of the modern manufacturing production and the increase of living standers of the people,electric generating set .As the development of the mordern industry product and the improving of people’s living standard, the generator has become to be with large capacity and high parameters from the medium and small ones. And it’s the time for the electrical industry of big grid, big geneators, high parameters and with high automation. In order to meet the need of peak regulation, large-scale unit has new and higher request to the thermal automation. At prent, thermal automation has turned to bean essiential part of large-scale unit. And the degree of automation has been an important sign of the level of enterprise modernization. According the type of known turbine, we could determine the measuring points and its approximate parameters. considering the roles of choosing the related meters, the devices about pressure, temperature, display, recording, monitoring system and the connecting points with power-on are connected resonable which form an organic system. And when the emergencis happen such as the downtime and load rejection, those signals will be translated to the PLC. through the process of PLC, signals will be sent to the warner or some related devices and then the turbine-generator could
