A longw ith the development of the low- carbon economy, the Equator Principles are significantly modified and supplemented, and the trends of its characteristics of low- carbon, operability and organization aremore and more obvious. The EquatorP rinciples have derived some low- carbon legal issues, including the legal nature of theEquatorPrinciples, the legal responsibilities of the lender and the articles of the financing legal documents.
