有效人才管理的六项原则(Six principles of effective talent management) Todays transnational enterprises are faced with a wide range of personnel management issues. Companies must recruit, screen and train talent, manage their performance, pay their salaries and rewards, and try to retain the most capable people. Principle 1: aligned with corporate strategy Group strategy is the starting point for the company to think about talent management. Under the established company strategy, what kind of talent do we need? Ge, for example, has built its growth strategy based on five pillars of technology leadership, accelerated service, enduring customer relationships, resource allocation, and globalization.
