脑卒中后继发性癫痫的临床分析(Clinical analysis of secondary epilepsy after stroke)

脑卒中后继发性癫痫的临床分析(Clinical analysis of secondary epilepsy after stroke) 2 Result The 2.1 episode of epilepsy after stroke incidence in Table 1 for each type of epilepsy after stroke for the first time, the incidence of stroke after the total incidence of secondary epilepsy was 7.81% (76/585), the incidence of subarachnoid hemorrhage secondary epilepsy, the highest rate of 17.3% (14/81), followed by mixed stroke, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, in turn 16.7%, 5.30%. 9.5%, of which only the incidence of cerebral infarction group and SAH group was statistically significant compared, compared to the other two groups had no statistical significance with subarachnoid hemorrhage group (see Table 1). The incidence of cerebral infarction group was significantly lower than that of cerebral hemorrhage group. 2.2 relationship between seizure type and stroke characteristics Of the 76 secondary epilepsy patients, 51 were early-onset epilepsy and 25 were delayed epileptic [3]. The incidence of early-onset epilepsy in the cerebral infarction group and the cerebral hemorrhage group was significantly lower than that in the subarachnoid hemorrhage group, while the cerebral infarction group was significantly lower than that in the cerebral hemorrhage group. However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of late-onset epilepsy in each group (see Table 2). 2.3 the relationship between recurrent seizures and the nature of stroke Table 2 distribution patterns of epilepsy types after stroke type 3. The distribution rate of recurrent epilepsy in various types of stroke, in 76 cases of secondary epilepsy, 62 cases only attack 1 times, while 14 cases have recurrent attacks. Among them, the recurrent rate of mixed stroke was the highest, the second in the cerebral infarction group, and the lowest in the subarachnoid hemorrhage group. However, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups (see Table 3). 3 discussion At present, there are various repor
