[Abstract] the principle of management is one of the four principle, this paper questioned the traditional principle of humanism, and puts forward the new principle of the content: employees and customers is the main body of the enterprise; decision makers cultural level and psychological quality is the key to effective management; the core of modern management is the selection and appointment of talents; the fundamental purpose of management is to serve the people. Then it extends the five principles of management from the principle of the new humanism, and expounds the application of the new person principle in the management practice from these five angles.

The humanistic principle, as its name suggests, is the principle of human orientation. It requires people to adhere to everything in the management activities, take human as the core, take human rights as the basis, emphasize the subjective initiative of human beings, and strive to realize the all-round and free development of human beings. Its essence is to fully affirm the principal position and function of people in management activities. However, the proposition of any management theory has its class and background, and the principle of humanism is no exception. With the rapid development of science and technology and the advent of economic globalization, the management philosophy and management practice in various fields have undergone tremendous changes, and the humanistic principle has been endowed with a new era significance.
