杭州地区135名手足口病患儿早期机体免疫功能临床分析 王海 , 刁宏燕(310003 杭州 浙江大学医学院附属第一医院，传染病诊治国家重点实验室 ) [摘要]目的 观察手足口病患儿T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3+T、CD4+T、CD8+T）、B淋巴细胞（B）、自然杀伤细胞（NK）、以及免疫球蛋白和补体水平的变化，探讨其早期免疫功能改变。方法:收集地区204月～20手足口病患儿例CD3+T、CD4+T、CD8+T、B、NK百分比，计算CD4 /CD8，对血样本进行WBC计数和分类，通过计算获得各淋巴细胞亚群绝对数；用免疫透射比浊法测IgA、IgG、IgM、C3及C4:患儿的CD+T、CD4+T、CD8+T、B、6.1±1258.2、1823.2±885.3、1285.4±684.2、518.2±245.3、385.2±114.2）比对照组（1555.3±597.1、886.5±370.5、556.2±228.3、323.3±83.9、245.6±74.3）显著升高CD4 /CD8显著下降(P＜0.0)；患儿IgA、IgM、IgG C3、C4 （0.83±0.32、1.58±0.43、11.51±5.32、1.01±0.12、0.30±0.14）g/L与对照组（1.12±0.28、1.25±0.32、8.56±3.81、1.05±0.23、0.33±0.13）g/L相比，IgM、IgG显著(P＜0.0),IgA显著降低(P＜0.0);血清C3及C4水平无明显变化(P0.05);结论:手足口病患儿疫功能紊乱T淋巴细胞亚群、B、NK细胞数的变化对于判断手足口病手足口病Clinical significance of early immune function in 135 child patients of HangZhou with hand-foot- mouth disease WANG Hai,DIAO Hongyan( State Key Laboratory for Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, The First Affiliated Hospital College of Medicine,Zhejiang University，Hangzhou ,310003,China) [Abstract]Objective To investigate the early lever of T -cell subpopulations（CD3+T、CD4+T、CD8+T）、NK、B，immunoglobulin and complement in child patients with hand-foot- mouth disease. Methods：135 child patients with hand-foot- mouth disease (HFMD ) in HangZhou from 2010.04～and 48 control normal subjects were included in this study.
