重庆药品交易所模式对我院药品采购的影响及建议 ＊ 邢 蓉 （重庆市西郊医院药剂科，重庆 400050） 中图分类号 R95 文献标志码 C 文章编号 1001-0408（2013）09-0772-03 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2013.09.02 摘 要 目的：探讨重庆药品交易所模式对我院药品采购的影响。方法：分析重庆药品交易所模式对我院药品采购价格的影响， 结合移动平均法建立医院药品采购模型并评价其实施效果，同时提出相关建议。结果：合理利用重庆药品交易所模式规则能降低 药品采购价格，移动平均法模型预测的采购模型能动态预测药品采购数量。在实际操作中，建议制定入市价时征集医院原最低采 购价；运用成本-效益分析法科学合理地确定入市价；自动筛选成交品种中成交量最大的生产企业和品规等。结论：重庆药品交易 所模式是一个能合理降低药品采购价格的良好平台，移动平均法能为药品采购提供科学合理的决策支持，两者结合既降低了药品 采购价格，又保证了医院业务的合理运转。 关键词 重庆药品交易所模式；药品采购；影响；建议；移动平均法 Influences of Chongqing Medicine Exchange on Drug Purchase in Our Hospital and Suggestions XING Rong （Dept. of Pharmacy ，Chongqing Xijiao Hospital ，Chongqing 400050，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To discuss the influence of chongqing medicine exchange on drug purchase in our hospital. METH- ODS ：The influence of chongqing medicine exchange on drug purchase price in our hospital was analyzed ，and mobile average method was used to establish hospital drug purchase model. The effects of chongqing medicine exchange were evaluated ，and rele- vant suggestions were put forward. RESULTS ：Rational use of chongqing medicine exchange can reduce the price of drug purchase. The number of drug purchased can be predicted dynamically with purchase model of mobile average method. It is suggested to col- lect lowest original price when formulating entry price ；cost-benefit analysis should be used to determine entry price scientifically and reasonably ；manufacturers and specification with largest turnover should be selected autonomously among sold categories. CON- CLUSIONS ：Chongqing medicine exchange is a good platform to reduce the price of drug purchase. Mobile average method can provide scientific and reasonable support for drug purchase. Combination of them can not only reduce the price of drug purchase ， but also maintain reasonable operation of hospital business. KE
