摘要  摘要 对于现代卫星导航系统而言，时间频率与定位的紧密关系表现得最为突出。 在卫星导航系统中，用户接收机的定位依赖于高精度的空间基准和时间基准，而 其实时定位需要使用高精度卫星钟预报参数。在满足高精度时间同步的前提下， 卫星钟差预报对导航系统的定位和授时影响重大。 本文着重于卫星时频标准性能（卫星钟差）预报技术的研究。通过分析卫星 钟差预报模型中的二次多项式模型、灰色模型以及 kalman 预报模型的预报结果， 提出各模型算法的适用性与局限性，并对其模型加以比对。重点分析了星载钟可 能发生的异常情况，包括调频、调相与钟切换。通过对原子钟时频特性的分析与 对历史运行参数的研究，可归纳出信号输出规律，掌握卫星钟性能，从而可以有 效地判断出原子钟可能发生的异常。通过对异常情况的分析与归类，实现卫星钟 调钟恢复后的快速钟差预报，并在 matlab 环境下完成快速钟差预报的具体算法。 针对我国北斗系统，此算法可快速预报出卫星钟恢复后短时间内的实时定位所需 的卫星钟差。 本文所研究的预报算法针对的是卫星钟异常恢复后的快速钟差预报，具体为： 利用 1 小时数据分析建模，实现 2 小时钟差预报，要求预报精度优于 2ns 。通过对 IGS 钟差数据的分析建立了周期线性模型，并对其预报精度进行分析以确定算法可 行性。最后将此快速钟差预报算法应用于我国铷钟，其预报精度较高，2 小时预报 精度平均为 1.8ns。 关键词：钟差预报模型 异常情况 快速钟差预报 周期线性模型 Abstract Abstract In modern satellite navigation system, the relationship between time-frequency and localization is especially outstanding. In a satellite navigation system, the localization of a user receiver relies on the high precision spatial reference and time reference. Also its locating requires the use of high precision satellite clock prediction parameters. With the satisfaction of the high precision time synchronization, satellite clock bias prediction is of great importance in the localization and the time service of navigation system. This paper focuses on the study of the prediction of time-frequency standard performance (satellite clock bias). Through analyzing quadratic polynomial model, gray model and kalman model, the application and limitations of each algorithm are proposed with comparison.
